Lancé l'an dernier aux États-Unis et au Canada, Facebook Jobs commence à se déployer dans 40 pays, dont la France. Sur certains profils, un onglet "offres d'emploi" est apparu dans le menu de l'application. Si vous avez activé la géolocalisation, Facebook recherche directement les opportunités publiées à proximité. Pour envoyer une candidature, il suffit de cliquer sur un bouton "Postuler". Grâce aux données contenues dans les profils publics des utilisateurs Facebook, certaines informations du formulaire sont déjà pré-remplies afin de gagner du temps. Le processus continue ensuite sur Messenger.
Si vous représentez une entreprise avec un poste à pourvoir, un espace vous est réservé au dessus de la liste des offres grâce auquel vous pouvez rédiger une annonce au nom de votre page Facebook. Un onglet "Gérer les candidatures" est également présent pour échanger avec les candidats via Messenger.
